Cross Country Meet

The After School Sports team hosted a Cross Country Meet right here at Parker. It was a great success. We had approximately 80 runners run a mile out in Parker's trails.

Floor Hockey

The middle school is starting a new unit on Floor Hockey. They are learning the rules and various strategies for offense and defensive skills.

Four Square

The 4-5's are learning all the rules about Four Square. They are showing interest in a tournament so the 4-5's will be having a Four Square tournament.

Four Square is such a great game because it can be played anywhere and all you need is one playground ball.

After School Sports

The Sports team worked on some team building after a great Soccer game against Woodland Hill.

Soccer Skills

K-8 have been working on their Soccer Skills. Some skills that we have been working on are dribbling, passing, and keeping the ball controlled at all times. The middle school have also been practicing there defensive skills.

5-8 After School Sports Soccer team has been working very hard to improve their Soccer skills as a team. We have 3 practices per week and have been practicing strategically for our first game October 6th against the Brown School right here at Parker.

K-4 After School Sports just started last week. We have 24 students who are signed up. The students requested to start off with fun cooperative games and then start learning about working together as a team by learning a variety of team sports.

Great start to a new school year.

K-8 started the school year off with Cooperative Games. The students learned how to work together as a team and how to solve various tasks as a group.
